对比学习是一种机器学习技术，通过教导数据点相似或不同，让模型无需标签就能学习到数据集的一般特征。

背景：和 word2vec 类似，将样本投射到另一个空间维度，成为一个 vector，相似的样本 cosine 距离小，不相似的距离大。

1.对事物、事情的不同观点的表达，比如对一部电影的不同评价，其实是内在的感受的不同（可能一个人内心澎湃很激动，另一个人没有被唤起太多）。尽量去感受对方感受，承认这种感受在当事人那里是存在的合理的，尊重对方的感受，这样彼此就不会有矛盾。
